We are advocates for individuals with Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). We’re dedicated to helping those with FH become more knowledgeable, active participants in their own health. Our board is made up of individuals with FH as well as clinicians that specialize in the treatment of this genetic disorder. Our goal is to dramatically increase the rate of proper and timely diagnosis, improve treatment options, and save lives.
