These terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) govern the FH Foundation Membership Program.

Benefits

The FH Foundation Membership entitles Members to the following benefits:

(1.) Email updates on the latest FH news

(2.) Quarterly e-newsletter

(3.) A welcome package delivered to the Members address

(a.)This includes a Membership Identification Card

Membership Fee

There is no Membership fee to join.

Cancellation; Termination

(a)   You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you would like to cancel your membership you can simply email: info@thefhfoundation.org to do so.

(b)   We may terminate your Membership, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provisions of this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests.

Member Privacy Policy

As a Member, the information we capture will be subject to the FH Foundation Privacy Policy as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms. You may view the current version of the FH Foundation Privacy Policy at any time online.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use represent the entire agreement between you and The FH Foundation.
